Shannon, DUDE!

Don't wait, you know better, go to the Emergency Room. You'll get a Doc faster and this sounds like it needs attention.

Money be damned, do it.

Like others are saying ... don't wait. It will probably get worse and maybe cost more to get taken care of. 0_o

I'm going to the ER this afternoon. One of them "popped" and hasn't shut back up and upon showing my mom after she had just eaten lunch she insists that I am going, no "ifs, ands or buts (NOT ) about it". There's such a thick blob of puss inside the wound that it almost looks like a maggot.

Good. It's about damn time. It's the only way to get that sh#t cleared up. You made the right choice, well your mother did anyway. Remember their always right, and always know best...lol. Probably can be cleared up with a simple antibiotics. Good Luck. Let us know how it turns out.

Its definitely a staph infection and they took a culture to see if its MRSA. They injected me with lidocaine and then cut the infection out of two of the worst boils on my chest, prescribed me Bactrum & a cream. They'll call sometime next week if I need stronger anti-biotics/if its MRSA.

My chest is throbbing, so I picked up a few Hydrocodones from a family member to help me sleep at night.

buying a house is so fricking stress full. I just keep going over and over and over what to offer it's driving me insane. I'm using what the other houses on the street sold for minus a few thousand as a starting point. It helps that they're all new. I figure with the way the market is they may be willing to do whatever to just get rid of it. We'll have to see though. I think I'll be making an offer tomorrow just gotta see how it goes.

And for those of you who isn't on FB, this is the one that I'm going for.

2-car garage. Nice. That was mandatory for our place. Sooo nice to have!

Like the house. Looks really nice and Michelle will have a yard to play in once it grows in.

Yes very very nice. Of course it'll only end up holding one car and the bike but that's better than what I have now.

Going to look at it again after work and most likely put in an offer. I just hope they take my low ball kick in the pants offer.

Diggin' the house! Are you working with a realtor who can advise you on the offer?

Staph infection is NOT going away and doesn't appear to be getting any better. Fairly certain I have a fever this morning.

Yeah, I'm basing it off of what the others on the street have sold for, all built by the same builder, then minus a few thousand for how crappy things are right now.

What did they give you for the staph infection? Just some antibiotics? Hopefully it gets it all taken care of. Any idea where you could have gotten it from?

Sounds good on the offer. Good luck & keep us posted.

I'm definitely not getting any better. They gave me low-end/basic antibiotic (Bactrum) and that's not going to cut it. I guarantee I have MRSA, I'm just waiting for the culture they took to confirm it so I can get some better meds.
