That MRSA is nasty stuff. Nothing to mess around with. Wonder how many people have ended up hospitalized waiting for the "test results". It is a flesh eating bacteria after all...
Hope they hurry up so you can get feeling better..

I could so beat someone up! *bounces around like a boxer*

Really want a 2012 style bug. Not get rid of Zoomer of course ... but, ugh. Why do I have to be broke and unemployed?

Did you start steroids with that new weight lifting class? Sounds like someone has roid rage! Kick back & tell Dr. Shannon all about it!

I know what you mean on being broke. I miss being able to buy nice [frivolous] things. Its been almost a year since I've bought a pair of sunglasses, its been OVER a year since I've bought a NICE car, I don't travel like I use to.

I found out this morning that I was placed on the 'hiring list' for the Post Office. I have absolutely NO idea what that is exactly (neither does my mom who has worked for them for 15 years) but it sounds promising!

I'm already fantasizing about the things I'll buy (and money I'd save). A new car is definitely in order. I'll sell my Passat and BMW and that would actually give me over $20k to put toward something. I want another pair of polarized RayBan Aviators (mine disappeared), I wanna go to more concerts this year, I'd LOVE to go to Vegas later in the year, my sister has an extra plane ticket to Hawaii that I've offered to pay for to go with...So much stuff that money affords! I MISS BEING MATERIALISTIC, DAMMIT!

Congrats on being one step closer to possibly having a job I know how that is checking the status constantly and having no idea what the status actually means

It's amazing how long you've gone without buying a "new" car. Then again it's amazing how long I've gone too House buying/looking is on the back burner. A job opened up in Texas that I'm going to put in for.

It's about 2 1/2 hours north west from where I was. Pay would be a lot more than I'm getting now.

Just as long as you stay away from San Antonio. I dated someone from there. FAT DRUNK!

You're trying to find a job making $20/hr AFTER taxes? Hell, here people shiite themselves with excitement if they make $12; MOST are well under $10. $20/hr here is something you can expect if you're in a highly trained profession with a very desirable skill set and 10+ years of experience.

Well, there was a time I was making $30 before taxes. But, in order to pay my bills (and nothing more) I need $20 after taxes.

Yeah I never would, to damn expensive. San Antonio is nice to visit, not to live.

Yeah you're probably going to have a tough time with $20 after taxes. Here if you get $12 full time you're doing great. Then if you get benefits on top you're doing even better. Only way I make $20 an hour after taxes is if it's over time.

First Don Cornelius and now Whitney Houston...Black History Month ain't going so well!

May she R.I.P and sing with the Angels in Heaven...Lets just hope she doesn't try to snort a cloud! "Girl, that's not a giant pile of cocaine!"
