Today started out bad, I should've stayed in bed

When at work I always need to show my ID at the gate in order to drive through.
Since months now I have trouble with my drivers side window and this time it didn't want to close all the way. So I called the VW dealer.
I couldn't let it fix since I couldn't wait for it and also no means of transportation was available for me to get back to work and to pick my car up in time at the end of the day.

So I decided to just let the people fix the window by closing it, and an appointment will be made for a later time. So I poored my freshly made late macchiato in a cup to bring in the car. Obviously I spoiled some on my WHITE jeans

When at my car I tried to close the window again and I succeeded, so no trip to the dealer today, but I've made an appointment to have it fixed.

But... the day ended well as I had my yearly talk today about how I function at work. I got an excellent marking! You cannot get any higher than that!!! I deserve it I only earn €42 gross extra so it's not for the money.
It's a sign that my bosses finally see my potential and all the work I do for the department.

I'm glad you had a good ending to what started out to be a crappy day!

Hahaha, we are a nice bunch.
No, I don't have the Wittekerke, but it says Rosé, so it should be the same.
The one I have is Wieckse Rosé and sometimes I get Hoegaarden Rosé.
It's the womens drink

That would rock you will like it I'm sure.

I have to correct myself with the previous €42 which I will be earning more.
Since it's my birthdaymonth, I will be having a small salary raise because I gain a year. Normally I would be getting €60 more (gross), but now it's €100 (gross).
Me will be rich lady at the end of May when I get my salaryslip!

Now it's time for me to do my hair, I need to look nice when playing darts tonight

Hair is done.
Put my head on the ironboard and put the iron all over my hair

Or in not-prehistoric ways, I've used an flat iron device as we call a stijltang in Dutch.

Check out this cool feature from iPhoto. It tells me where I have gone, at least since I got the new iPhoto installed, based on my photos.

Technology is either scary or cool, depending your POV.

I know it's tough. I've been there too, and it is very tough when your benefits runs out, and the rejections keep pouring in. All I can say is keep on trying, and you'll find something...

Thanks Squeebug - Got to (keep trying)
In better news, I saved $15 on this month's electric bill just by (finally) changing my power supplier and the rate for the upcoming May bill is lower than the April bill I have in front of me - yay, $15 bux stays in my pocket instead of the electric company. My only regret is that I didn't make this change for the winter heating season (ALL electric in this condo - heat, hot water, air conditioning - EVERYTHING, uggh)
Now to make some referrals for neighbors and family so that they can start saving!

Anyone have a xenon ballast laying around from a

2004-2006 BMW E60/61 5 series
2002-2006 BMW E65/66 7 series

2003-2007 BMW Z4

2004-2006 BMW X5

2004-2006 Land Rover Sport

2005-2007 Audi A6

2004-2007 Audi A8/A8L

2006-2009 Mercedes-Benz CLS class

2005-2008 SLK class

2006-2008 R class

2003-2006 E class sedan and 2004-2006 E class wagon

2002-2008 M class

2007-2008 GL class

2004-2006 Chrysler Pacifica

2002-2007 Jaguar S type and X type
2003-2005 Saab 9-3

I've been working on my [expletive] car all night trying to get the [expletive] headlight to work and its still not working. I've tried switching EVERYTHING but the ballast from the right side to the left trying to make it work and still nothing. The bulb is good ($100 wasted) the ignitor is good, and the self-leveling unit (which I thought was controlled by the ballast is working. I'm not much of a DIYer. I'm covered in mud and I smell like a grease monkey.
