They say that A4 S-Line is great in the snow, but I dont want another car to mod. And I would have to mod the A4. I wish VW had a truck I could put a snowplow on.

A new(er) New Beetle. I love this car.

There's no apostrophe before an 's' when you're talking about the plural version of a word. "I took some neat photo's!" is NOT correct.

I've been actively looking for a used Miata... as in an NA with the 1.6 motor and 5 speed and not red and not expensive. So far no luck.

I know I love Apple computers...but damn it, there are times I want to chuck them all, and just buy new Windows machines every couple of years. Because they are cheap.

And I saw this Linux computer at Target today, and Boy Howdy, was it cheap. Small too.

I'm getting ready to order and I can't decide on a color:

I hate pink, I hate yellow, black will show too many finger prints, and white is boring/will get too dirty.

Blue is my favorite color, but that green is kinda cool too! Decisions, decisions!

I ended up going with Spring Green, so its still kinda fruity! I went with that color so I have an excuse to buy a car that matches my lap top.

A Citron Green C230 Kompressor coupe has been one of my dream cars since '02.

Thanks! I like to think that I have good taste, but I guess others would disagree. I had a silver '02 C230k like the one above, but it was an automatic and didn't have the C7 wheel package. I sold it and bought another SLK230 because it wasn't exactly what I wanted. Then I sold it and 5 or 6 other cars since then.

My uncle ended up dying yesterday afternoon from the brain aneurysm but they're keeping him on life support til later today so they can harvest his organs. He was 51 (younger than my mom, I just didn't realize it). I'm not super upset as we weren't close but I am majorly bummed for my mother and Grandmother. It just isn't the natural order of things to have to bury your kids.

It opened up dialogue between my mother and I (that will eventually spill over to my dad when he gets back into town) about their funeral arrangements. I HATE talking about this stuff, but I'd rather all of that stuff be taken care of BEFORE their deaths. I want things to be as "neat" as possible w/their wishes, DNR & life support order written out and put in a lock box with their wills. Its just my sister I, so no one to really fight over their estate, but its just too hard when the time comes to deal with the details of arranging a funeral.

Thanks. Funerals have ALWAYS creeped me out in a big way. Its just morbid to set a dead body in a room and fill it full of people who just stare straight ahead. I understand that its for family and friends to say their last goodbyes, but I can't get far enough away from a casket when I go them.

I want to be cremated and the carbon from my bones turned into a diamond. :BLING:!

I want to be cremated, and then put into a concrete ball, and dropped off the coast of Florida, and become part of an artificial reef. With my name on it, so divers can come and see me as a reef.

My sister has the green one! I wanted the green one but Vinny wouldn't let me since we were sharing and he thinks it's girly..but he doesn't mind driving Skittle. Does that make sense? Not to me!

Sorry, Shannon Hugs to your mom, too.
