I have a PC question

My daughter has a HP a808x & she doesn't have enough ram for Sims 3 to fit. I know you can get extra but I can't figure out how to find out what part to order. HP site doesn't list that model #. I also will need help as to where to put the part once we get it I;m such a dork .

$150k here gets you 3 bedrooms/3baths w/around 2,000 sq ft on at least 3 acres.

Go to this site and download CPU-Z
CPUID

Pick either "CPU-Z 1.51 Setup" or "CPU-Z 1.51 zip"
Install and run.
Go to the "SPD" tab and review the information. It should look like the attached image.

This will tell you what your computer needs for memory. The attched image says PC2-6400 DDR2 memory is needed for my computer. Armed with this information, you can probably locate your correct memory on Newegg.com

Probably an urban legend, but funny anyways:

Quote:
Two California Highway Patrol Officers were conducting speeding enforcement on I-15, just north of the Naval Air Station at Miramar .One of the officers was using a hand held radar device to check speeding vehicles approaching the crest of a hill. The officers were suddenly surprised when the radar gun began reading 300 miles per hour. The officer attempted to reset the radar gun, but it would not reset and then turned off.

Just then a deafening roar over the treetops revealed that the radar had in fact locked on to a NAVY F/A-18 Hornet (Northrop Grumman aircraft) which was engaged in a low flying exercise near the location.

Back at the CHP Headquarters the Patrol Captain fired off a complaint to the Navy Base Commander.

The reply came back in true NAVY style:

~ ~ ~

Thank you for your letter. We can now complete the file on this incident.

You may be interested to know that the tactical computer in the Hornet had detected the presence of, and subsequently locked on to your hostile radar equipment and automatically sent a jamming signal back to it, which is why it shut down.

Furthermore, an Air-to-Ground missile aboard the fully armed aircraft had also automatically locked on to your equipment location.

Fortunately, the Navy Pilot flying the Hornet recognized the situation for what it was, quickly responded to the missile system alert status and was able to override the automated defense system before the missile was launched to destroy the hostile radar position.

The pilot also suggests you cover your mouths when cussing at them, since the video systems on these jets are very high tech.

Sergeant Johnson, the officer holding the radar gun, should get his dentist to check his left rear molar. It appears the filling is loose.

Also, the snap is broken on his holster.

Thank you for your concern.

It's not true. I've read the same version but with Marine pilots instead. Funny though!!

The Zoo of Shannon grew by two today. I got back from running this morning to find my cat with a baby squirrel in its mouth. I made him drop it and I took it inside to wash it off and no sooner did I put him in a cage for observation, I hear a loud squealing and I find the same cat with another baby squirrel. They're really small and as soon as they get a lil bigger I'll take them to a cat free/hunter free area and set them free. Cute lil buggers.

Any wildlife rehabilitators in your area? The little ones would be better off there. Baby squirrels require special formula that you can't buy at a pet store. My parents have been rehabbers for abuot 20 years now. I grew up with little baby critters. I love them

Not that I'm aware of but I can look into it. I bottle fed one from the time it was hairless until it was 4 months on on KMR kitten milk replacement. These two are a little bit bigger but waaaaaaaaaay too small to fend for themselves.

T-minus 1 hour until me and the claims adjuster look at my car to determine if it's a total or not.

Excitement! Anxiety! Etcetera!

I'm still not sure he's human. $10 says he flings his own poo just like a monkey.

Ewwww.

Sometimes humans are more animal-like than animals themselves though!
