Oh, that wasn't meant to be any kind of public outing. That is just me thinking out loud. I often don't think of the peeps here as being more then a handful of peeps at any given time. And, I also figured that you would see it on the thread, thus saving an e-mail time for me, as I was in a bit of a rush then, and just got home now. It poured.

HEAR HEAR! I love Megan Fox, even if she can't tell the different between a "four barrel triple pumper carb" and a fuel injected motor.

Also, that image is huge... not that there's anything wrong with that.

You know me better than that! Licking my monitor is TAME compared to what I could do. 'TMI and gross' would be me telling you that I've 'spanked it' to that photo 40 times this afternoon.

There is thumbs in those photos?

In other news, I think it's unfair that all these supremely hot women decided to appear when I am way past being single! Seriously, while there was some hot women when I was younger, there just was not this sheer abundance of hot women like they have today.

The first hot woman I can vividly recall was Raquel Welsh in a old movie from the late sixties...something about B.C. in the title. She was smoking then.

Ah to be young and dumb again....

I wouldn't trade what I've learned about relationships and myself for youth. In a few more years, I plan to begin a little 'personal maintenance' so I'll have the best of both worlds. The appearance of youth and my wisdom (though I still have a LOT more to learn)!

Well, there is the wonderful lessons I have learned that I would hate to lose if I had to do it all over again...but if I could be young again, single, with what is truly the sexual revolution going on now, let's just say I would be a happy camper.

Oh, and I would need to be really in shape. And no, round is not the shape I would want to be in.

I dated a lot when I was single, mostly by mistake. I was not a 'stud' but I had my fun. But these women today...they are out there. And if half of what I see on the news is correct about what young women do to young men nowadays, is true, then boy, did I miss out.

Sounds wrong, I guess. But it's the truth. I dated a girl in high school, who looked like Britney Spears did in the early videos of her career. And I was lucky to have dated her. But she was a stand out; there were no others like her at the time, where as from what I see now, that is the norm.

And if I had a daughter that was 16 today, and she wanted to dress like they do now, oy. I would remember what I was like then, and I would just be...well, I would be a lot more strict then she would like, I would wager. At least when I was young and dumb and ( ), we did not have AIDS to worry about. Worse thing we could get was the clap. Hickies. That sort of thing.

And we always wore protection then, which if what I saw on NIGHTLINE recently is any indication, is not happening now as much as it should be. There was no way we wanted to knock up anyone out of wedlock. Just no way.

I used to have a (now famous) poster of Farah Fawcett-Majors that I hung secretly on the back of my door, with another poster that hung over it for when my parents would come in. That was the height of decadence then. I suspect that poster is considered tame now.

That is where I am coming from on this. I was 12 in 1976. Times have changed so much...

Sexual revolution? What am I missing out on here? If you're referring to the HUGE population of NSA (no strings attached) sex ads on craigslist, then I'm GLAD I'm missing out.

No, not that. When I was younger, so much younger then today, if you got to 'third base' , you were lucky. And that would not happen until maybe the third, or fourth date. From what I hear today, girls just do that sometimes to just release the boys, so to speak. And it's not just on dates. Not to mention how fast home runs are now. Girls are much more relaxed about the whole sex thing then they were thirty some odd years ago.

Now, if sex was not that important to you as a teenager, then you might not notice. But I was a 'healthy' young man then, (as one might say, the wind would blow, and you know the rest), and women were not like they are today.

Maybe in hindsight, it was for the better; I'll never know, since I am now here and not there.

Honesty is hard to convey on the interwebs, I know. But as a preacher, I try to preach to be honest as one can about one's feelings and all. It's better to be honest about them, and get them out, then to suppress them and become some sort of pervert.
