That's new to me, but I am very happy for you Erin!
Then you probably don't want to know that at the end of the month I will be getting a 13th-month salary on top of my regular december salary...

That's great you got a raise.

Our company gave us two this year one in early september and one that kick in, in about two weeks. But we had to decertify our union, which I'm not happy about but I like the more money end.

Plus our business is growing right now.

I get paid every other Friday - we get the paycheck stub on Thursday, but the money doesn't clear until Friday.

Congrats on the extra month's salary! That's great.
