I guess somebody somewhere needs to explain why they had to ship their laptop FedEx 1st priority back and forth for service. Also, trouble ticket will indicate that the AV software failed to protect the computer from the "fakeAV" malware ... How and where the malware was picked up is not really tracable at this point, unless I start poking around in his browsing history, which I won't.
