I did all that in May. I got 0% interest for 5 years at a payment of $120/month.... GREAT! Problem is... none of the payments ($420 worth so far) are showing up! I keep getting charged late fees and everything! I have called Chase bank twice now to fix this and every time I am done with the conversation they say that the problem is fixed. ... Obviously it isn't.

Has anyone had problems with Chase before? I am really irritated.

I just opened a bank account with Chase, So far, I'm much happier. Chase is a large arse corporation, they've been buying alot of banks that have gone under including WaMu and Bank 1... SO FAR THOUGH, i'VE liked what I've seen. I think they're just larger. I would call and ask for a supervisor?

Some jerk rear ended me. DAMN IT!
Worse thing about it? The jerk was a female cop!
I was backing out of the space at Target. I always look down at my rear view camera, and nothing. I look up at my rear view mirror, nothing.
THEN I hear a horn. And I stop; I got out, because this woman comes roaring out of her car, and I look down. NOTHING was damaged thank God.
BUT, she is this witch, if you get what I mean, and she insists we exchange information. I said, 'There is no damage here!'
I then get my Quick Detail from my trunk, and go over to her car, and wipe away what may have been dust. I don't know. But it was gone.
Just like that.
And I, being a rational person, figure that is that. BUT oh no, she is still insisting that we exchange information.
I refuse. She said that if I refused, that she would call the cops. I said, sure, go ahead. They won't be able to do anything about it.
THEN she starts cussing and says, she is a cop, do I want to see her badge? I said, 'I don't care' but she got it out.
Oh, and she had two 'witnesses' who were walking out, and said I hit her. One off them was apparently an Allstate agent.
Now, I don't know if that was true, or not, but my buddy Keith was in my car and he said that he didn't see anything in the camera either. He was looking.
BUT, these two women waited till Officer Chi came out, and told me that in Texas, the only thing that we have to do is exchange information.
So we did. No phone number were exchanged, and I tried to take a picture of it, but with the iPhone no flash.
I didn't get a chance to take a picture of her 'scratch' because, I could not see anything. Oh she was a winner alright.
Going on about how her car was paid for, like that makes a huge difference. I told her mine was paid for as well. WTF?
She left first, I talked to the cop, who told me , that if he had been the guy, as in if he had been in my shoes, he would have just paid her $50 & said, will this cover it.

So I came home, Keith buffed out what was left; I may have to get some touch up paint, black, but that is about it. I mean, in normal light, you can't even see anything, and unless you take a bright light (we did), you can barely see even what is there.

Normally, I would not give a rats turd about this, but something tells that she will make a case out of it, so I called my insurance agency, and they told me not to worry about it; that is what they do, fight my fight for me. I sure hope so. Because I don't need to have this worry.

August 18, last year, is when I got BOAZ, and not even a year goes by, when someone rear ends me. Oy.

Rain well, it's good for the plants in the yard though.
It would've been nicer though if rain only fell at night

Reminds me to water my plants in front on the balcony.

I saw one of these a couple months ago in front of a small nursery. There are tons of shops that sell these at the beach, so I was hoping maybe they'd have em, and have one in Cyber Green, but no luck. So I may just have to bite the bullet and get the yellow one.

Thanks for showing concern! I went out in the light of day, today, and two minutes ten seconds later, the buffing was done, the dust was gone, every thing was fine.

In other news, I went to a car show today, and had a lot of fun.

Someone find me a boy that's ok that I'm a geek who loves comic books and superheros. Someone who probably knows more about xman then me. Find me a boy who isn't super scrawny or overly obese, that actually has a job, a car, his own pad (rent or own, I dont care).

Make sure he makes me smile, doesn't lie, communicates well, and has a very high sexual appetite.

I'll buy the rings and pay for the wedding.

*edit*as long as he doesnt mind committing, damnit.

I'd probably have to scratch you off the list for getting back with the ex. No offense, but that just neve works out 95% of the time, and causes more drama. But regardless of my opinion, hope you and the ex make it work this time around... You never know what hard work and communication can do..

I guess I have to kinda sorta love you anyways hahahahaha.

Haha. Yeah that was me. We dated for about a month. He said he was too "stressed" to have a relationship.
Somehow, when I'm working 70+ hours a week, with a coworker staying in my home that I'm supporting so she can get away from her abusive relationship... And he's living free on unemployment, able to play Halo 2 online all day, Something tells me he doesn't know what "stress" is.

Hey there!

I'm sorry to hear that. What are you going to do about the women who is living with you? I read your post, I think you should give her a dead line. Stop letting her drive your boy Guts!

Well I guess her husband is mooching off the parents again right now (they're in their damn 40s, they're parents themselves!) and he is going to take the kids and he back to Washington state. She is planning on going with I guess? He's going to live with mom and dad (an A+ loser) and I told her she's welcome to stay the next 2 months to save enough for the move back to be with her kids. But she isn't driving Guts anymore, I've decided that. I just put over a grand into his transmission and servicing these past two months. Darnit.

Let's hope my Kharma bites me back sometime soon. I'm way too nice... lol
