Ok, so what is the "dj mix" feature, and wtf is it supposed to do for me? The zune.net site does not appear to have updated their documentation to include anything about this ...

With the DJ mix if you pick one song with this feature Zune sets up a play list of the music stored on your system. Basically it set the play list for you.

I'm actually quite content to not use my iPod anymore. Is that weird? I'm cool with Pandora on my Blackberry. I never know what song is going to come on next and I like that! It's like I have an MP3 player with almost every song you could imagine on it...you just can't access any specific one on command. It's the world's largest iPod Shuffle!

Not much longer till the Dutch girl comes into town and we're off to the House of Pants wedding! Party time!

I use my iPhone with Pandora ALL THE TIME at work. Almost constantly. It sucks that Pandora now has a 40 hr/month limit.

If you go to Account, you can see how many hours you have left this month.

I have 37 hours left. I guess I haven't been using it as much as I thought.

I can listen to all my fave radio stations and stations from all over the U.S. Anything owned by Clear Channelon iHeart Radio, as often as I want so it's ok. I'll just have to break up the usage between Pandora and iHeart. And I could always bring out my iPod video, if I want.

And in other news:

Milk farmers in Belgium are unhappy about the milk prices, and dumped 3 million liters of milk (a little less than one million gallons) on a field in protest. Apparently, they claim they are being paid about 1/2 of what the actual production cost is ...

Well, I have no control over the content on the radio. And, radio reception in my pants isn't too good

Hence the "every song AC/DC ever made" playlist. Shuffle. Repeat.

Totally!

I'll look again later this week but I've been listening to it at least 3 or more hours a day since Sunday.

- Goldfrapp (love them but, I cant listen to the same 30 song everyday)
- Lady Gaga (I have remixes of remixes and those are starting to drive me insane - just cause LOL)
- Katy Perry
- P!nk
- Royksopp
- U2 ...

Just need some new tunes.

The digital music selection on Amazon.com (my one-source for nearly everything) is getting quite good. I recently purchased "Broken Home" by Broken Home, and "Live it up" by David Johansen. Also Chickenfoot with Joe Satriani and Sammy Hagar. All three now living comfortably on my Zune.

Speaking of David Johansen ... Check out Anthony Bourdain's "No Reservations" (on Travel Channel). He did a New York city special, which was pretty cool, including Staten Island with same Mr. Johansen...
