AH all is right in my worlld. After 2 long years Michelle is FINALLY done with speech therepy as the Monday before Christmas YEAH!!!

This morning it was rough for me at work as I exploded, again
I see things differently than the bosses do

All is fine for now.

But.... tonight a different technician came by and he was able to fix my hot water and heating problem
All because.... tadadadaaaa..... I am a nice person and the people of the service company appreciated that. They made a mistake and I kept cool, that's why they've pulled strings and persuaded the technician.
Also, I had a hot shower again

Tomorrow I'm giving them a call and compliment on the man and their service
