I'm back and I brought my car home with me! I'm also exhausted and coughing like I'm about to get sick again. I was going to drive home with the top down, but it was like 35 degrees so that lasted less than 300 feet.

The egg cooker is so cute. It's chirps when the eggs are done

So have you used your fire alarm chicken yet? I'm using mine right now. Still makes crappy hard boiled yolks

If I had cable, I would totally be watching the dog show!

My parents used to breed and show Shiba Inus when I was little. After they stopped, I loved watching the shows to see the Shibas and compare them to ours that we had...I always thought ours were prettier

Have you seen the movie Best in Show? I finally saw it a few months ago. Loved it. I need to get my parents to watch it to see how accurate it is haha.

I've used mine and the yolks come out fine. Are you putting enough water in?

I think the natural brown leather is my favorite interior I've ever had. Its definitely boner-inducing. It seriously needs to quit raining/snowing. It looked MINT the day I bought it (detailed by BMW) but it snowed over the weekend. I bought a set of thick clear mats to put over the factory mats, but I need to re-vacuum them.

It has a new set of Bridgestone Potenza RE040s on it and I'm going tomorrow to order a new set or ANYTHING that rides better. I'm sick and f'ing tired of runflats. They're LOUD and ride like poop!
Other than that, I'm going to get the windows tinted and an i-pod hook up installed and just drive it.

I HATE runflats.

In other automotive news, I saw an 08 or 09 Subaru Legacy... I felt dirty looking at the back end of it, it was SEXY.

How can a company that makes this:

Also make this?

I mean, REALLY.

I stubbed my toe on the corner of an aquarium Friday and it literally, ripped/cut/tore the top of my toe off. When I took my sock off, the toe nail had been broken off about halfway down the toe and there was a chunk of flesh danging. I guess the toe itself and maybe the one next to is/are broken.

Needless to say it hurts like hell but I'm keeping it clean & wrapped. I wore shoes for the first time this afternoon and did pretty well. I just can't wear a shoe on that foot for a long period of time because my feet sweat and I don't want that toe to get infected.

Evening Dears. I've been gone for a while. Since Christmas really... Lots has happened... *sigh*

Doing well otherwise. Hope everyone had a good xmas and new year...

I've got a bit of dillema. Posted in the Technical Advice Forum for 1.8 Turbos. I'd love some one to read and give advice if they know just kind of "beetle" experience, as far as like taking your beetle on long distances, and getting ALOT of stuff into our almost NON EXISTENT trunks...

LOVES AND HUGS
Kate

Today it was surprisingly cold outside
Two colleagues and I went out during lunch to take a walk and we were unpleasantly surprised
It was coooooooold. It was only (some of you will laugh out loud right now) 27 F outside! (-3 C) and the wind was blowing BRRRRR

We're suppose to get 4" of snow tonight. I JUST washed the salt off of my car last night. The weather should start drastically changing (for the best) over the next month.
