Its actually not a horrible series. The books are better than the movies (as always) and Kristen Stewart has like 3 facial expressions (she displays the third for the first time in Eclipse). I'm not a Twilight nut. I've seen each movie ONCE, I don't own any posters, shirts, etc; so I'm nowhere near a 'Twi-hard' fan.

With all of that said, I still prefer True Blood!

On the up side, the weather here is finally pleasant! We had storms come through last night and now its low humidity and low temps. This is my kind of summer weather. Supposed to last through the 4th weekend too woo!
It was MUCH nicer here today. Today's high was 83º w/much lower humidity. Tonight's low is suppose to be 57º.

Yep!

My girlfriend invited me to go, so I did... but I had to watch the first two first, so Tuesday was Twilight day for me. I got to watch it at 815pm on Tuesday night instead of Midnight, too. I connections.

Take off your shirt? Take a pic? What? Who said that?

There's no apostrophe before an 's' when you're talking about the plural version of a word. "I took some neat photo's!" is NOT correct.

I agree... a pic would be nice.

And that VW is sexah! I would love to have that color too ... and that interior! ♥ ♥ ♥

Zzzzzzz ... I have an ad for Newegg.com on the banner up there ... below the horizontal purple navigation bar. It reminds me that I need a new computer ... and, cannot get one. I have a 1TB HD ... and an Intel Mother board that will support a sexy processor and 8GB of RAM (supports more but, I only need 8 right now). It depresses me......

My employer has had the same problem. She thought it was pink eye but the doctor said it was not pink eye - it was imflammation. In her case, it is caused by extreme stress (she is going through a divorce). It can also be common in people who have arthritis. The doctor gave her a steroid a couple days ago and she's already feeling better.

That's good that she is doing better.
My eyes are still jacked up. Right eye is blurry all the time and the left one is constantly making icky greenish-yellow eye boogers.

I am going to bed.

My night has gone straight into the pooper. I went to Sunglass Hut in the Mall to look at sunglasses and sometime during my trip, I dropped a fifty dollar bill out of my back pocket. After I get home and realize what I did; knowing it was a long shot, I called SGH & customer service to see if anyone happened to have turned it in. The lady at Customer Service actually had the nerve to tell me that someone may have needed it worse than me. She then proceeded to tell me about the time when she found $20 on the ground and her car was on empty & there was no food at home. "God watches over us in different ways." she said. I can't remember my exact response but I'm pretty sure she saw smoke come from my nostrils.

I went to open up my lap top and I guess whatever wire(s) that my monitor has been hanging by finally gave in because now all I have is a gray screen.

FML!

Well that is just lame. I HATE people like that. Ugh!

------
I need to rant right now ....
I lost my job three weeks ago at a company that I LOVED to work at. The only reason is because I wasn't fast enough (3D modeling and stuff). I lost my job to this gal who was hired on 3 months before my layoff. Her work, IMO, is not as good as mine (I believe in quality over quantity). I was told when she was hired on that she is was not a threat to my job and that she was a temporary employee. I feel jipped. I feel like I was punched in the face... and, I want to beat her with a stick (this description has been cleaned up for the org). It irritates me beyond imagination. No words can describe what I am thinking/feeling. I worked my ass off to get faster and better. When I needed to, I worked for 'free' because I knew clients needed their projects. There was even a time when I had to correct her work because she didn't do it to the quality that they needed. I am so fraking p!553d.

Ugh. Just F'in peeved. I want to email my ex boss and his boss and just tell them this stuff. But, I have to maintain a professional stance and not do it.

Ok ... now, I am crying. FML...

Have you talked with your former boss about this situation?
If you were told the new girl wouldn't be in your way (and now she is), you deserve to know what their reasons are and not just that they want quantity. Quality keeps clients.

Today I went for the 2nd time to the new gym and I am beat!
I guess that for the last 5 years I didn't do *bleep* at the fitness area at my old gym.
On Monday I did a Zumba class (which was fun, but I don't have Salsa hips ) and today I did a Body Shape. Maaaaaan am I out of shape

Zumba is super fun! I used to dance but due to a knee injury I can't really do it very much anymore, or at least not like I used to. Zumba felt awesome though! My mom went twice a week to a class in their community so once when I stayed with her I tried it. I gotta see if NCSU offers some classes during the school year, I'd love to get into it!

Dancing is still my favorite though. My knee just acts up too much to get into it For now, I stick with running on the treadmill (when I was going once a week I got up to 2.5 miles [running and walking], last few times has been 1.5 miles), and doing the weight machines. I also stretch a lot and do a lot of crunches. I need to start doing more at home though...starting to put on weight now that the stress is all gone and my metabolism is back down to normal!

My problem is that I am a lazy booger when it comes to sports.
I want to exercise because I sit on my butt all day at work (and it's healthy to exercise).
Now that I go to a new gym I can take classes again which is a good thing for me. I need someone to push me
Before the classes I jog for 20 minutes and do some fitness exercises until it's time to start the class.
Also it's a cheap gym! Only €19,95 a month and I can visit as often as I want

Yeah. My boss told me why they didn't keep me ... I was slower at producing work than she was/is. It really stinks. Nothing I can do about it now.

Zumba! I was thinking about doing some of that. But, I am chicken. :P I would probably be able to do it if I were drunk. HAHA.

Oh I don't do sports. I have to go to the gym to exercise mostly. I'll swim in my community pool too. But in general, I work out best at the gym. As a student paying tuition at my University, I get free access to the gym on campus, which had a brand new section built a few years ago with nice equipment. I'm going to hate graduating next year and having to pay for a gym membership But I'll probably join the gym with the hubby since he's going to one near the house.

Don't be! Its like with any exercise, its about you moving no matter how much movement that might be. The one class I went to was a blast. It was filled with women of all ages. This class was also in the middle of nowhere in the mountains of NC but they played all sorts of really fun music (Black Eyed Peas, Shakira, and lots of others). The instructor had fun with it which made you want to have fun. I went pretty full out because I love to dance. But there were many people there just basically stepping in place the whole time. Some food for thought...there is a movement that we did (hard to explain over the internet) that the instructor said was equivalent to 250 crunches in just the one song! Its an awesome workout. Pretty intense, but amazing.

I've heard Zumba is awesome. There's an .orger who comes into chat every now and then who says he's lost 80lb since starting it in like March of this year.It must be a pretty intense workout. I've seen the infomercials...It DOES look fun!

Yeah, in the class I go to there are girls and women. The only people who really do well on the moves are coloured women the whities suck I try to shake the hips, but then I feel my butt cheeks move as well. That's a funny feeling

My colleagues grinned at me for doing Zumba as it's known here to loose weight with. Kudos for the guy who lost so much weight!
