Glad you like it. You probably will need to tear the paper a little around the hole to get a nail through. The Kinko's guy couldn't get the cover to line up just right.

I'm glad it worked out. I'd love to see a pic Antione. And Cori, let me know on the alignment of all the pages. You said the Kinko's guy couldn't get the cover aligned just right- Let me know where the problem was, so I can tweek it just right.

The cover page was a little wider than the others so the hole was off center. Not sure if that helps you... Check out the I got my SS gift thread for pics....

That just might happen.

At the moment there is a complete JPEG file of the calendar and I can get it to you. You can then go to Kinko's or Staples and get them to print and comb-bind it for you. I'm gonna have Cori to check in here to give you step-by-step on how she did it- being that she was the one who did the initial printing/binding, i think it would be proper to get it from good authority....

Our second option is via Beth/my99vdub who is considering printing some calendars, provided that we can get a big number to commit to purchase. We're still weighing out the options.

Option 3 is via idubber, who does shirt/gear printing via razzle. On razzle you can design your own calendar and order them in various quantities. The more quantities, the cheaper the calendar. So hopefully with either options 2-3 we can get a lot of folk to commit. Other than that, Cori will give you the one-off skinny shortly

Hello!! Debbie, I put the files on my flash drive and took it to Kinko's. They printed each month out on card stock and bound it at the top. That was all I had to do. It's a little more than if you would pick out pictures without the border and have a store put it on their calendar but it looks really cool.

I hate to rain on this parade, but what about ©opyright issues? As in VW and their complicated licensing rights? I know a few years ago, someone here tried to make a calender, and was shot down by the mighty legal arm of the VW company. Hate to see that again. If I recall, there was something said about no VW logos allowed.

I really don't care, and my semi-legal advice would be, if their ain't no money exchanging hands, then who cares, right? And you would think that VW would love free publicity.

That was a hassle. VW is so dumb they don't recognize free publicity when they see it. The clerk at Kinko's wanted to make sure none of the pictures were copyrighted. If everyone here just keeps their mouth shut...

Hey Al, I kinda wanted to have Fiona be May but BeetleScott beat me to it, so I'm not sure what month to do and I dont know what other pictures I have of her to use, is it one beetle per month??

I still can make a May for you. This thread is for whosoever wants their car featured on a specific month. I'll fix one up for you. I'm sure I can do something to brighten up you pic.

As memory serves me, the pics used are by permission, with the exception of Antione's pic, but by His response to His calendar, it looks like He dosen't object

I think we'll be okay on the legal end if we use this thread to compile our own calendars and pay accordingly, vs. mass production and selling them.

Ok right on May is my birthday month so thatd be awesome, and yea if there is anyway to brighten Fiona up a lil thatd be great, I LOVE this pic, the sun was just in the way I'm thinking I might take another one like that but at a diff time of day

hi well i was just lookn around and was woundering if i could do something for August? for the stuff over the 09 i would like something like: Stigma- Steve_pnchbug's 2000 Batik Blue nB.
like the discription thing could be like:Stigma is great example why it is better to be round.
