I love cars, I do, but I do not know that much about them mechanically. I know what is nice, I know the manufacturers and can identify ALMOST any car. However, some of the terminology you guys used baffles me. I have never modified a car before and though I do not want to do that much to Bella, I still want to understand. So, now that my explanations are over, what does it mean when a car is RUF? And for that matter, what does RSI mean? OK, TIA. I hope I do not sound like too much of an idiot.

I believe RUF is just that member's description of the car: Rough. Not 100% sure.

I'm not 100% on what RSI stands for, just that it's the uber-New Beetle, and I'll never be able to have one in the states. VR6 motor, 6 speed, transmission, all wheel drive, SAH-WEET body kit, sick interior.

No biggie. Some of it is real, some of it is marketing hype and tough to follow everything all the time. You got your STDs, GTIs GTFOs, GTOs UTIs GLs GLSs XLs XLTs..... Remember in the 80's (anybody here remember the 80's ?). I got a chuckle when everything had a "TURBO" sticker and with "rich Corinthian leather".
One technique with motorcycle manufacturers was to market something exactly the same as last year but with more bling. Motorcycle consumers saw through this and they called it "BNG" (Bold New Graphics).
It's been 2 days and I still can't figure out what this guy wants and what he would do with one: Wanted: Tailwagger
Anyway,
Cheers.

I think its the Speed sensored spoiler (the one that deploys when you go over 40mph )
Either that or they want a happy dog :P

The Tailwagger allowed you to control the 1.8t spoiler to go up at lower speeds. It was a pretty cool option back when the spoiler went up at 93mph. Given that the later motors went up at 45mph, the tailwagger became obsolete. I never had one but a friend did. You could program it to do just about anything.
