I just sat here and read all 9 pages. You all are inspiring. I need to do it; I have been dropping 15-20 then putting it back on and then a couple extra too. I hate how I look, I am the biggest I have been in my life. I have never been "thin", but it's getting out of hand.
I guess there is no time like the present. Tomorrow's grocery list will be healthy foods, healthy snacks, I already drink a lot of water, and plain unsweetened nothing in it iced tea. Going to pull the old treadmill out again too. My biggest downfall is pasta, I LOVE LOVE LOVE pasta and good Italian Bread with olive oil and fresh garlic. I also love salads, fruits, veggies, chicken breast etc.....Scott is now living with me and he doesn't like those things and is a picky eater, so I just go with whatever he is having, it's easier then making two meals. I need to stop with EASY! I have started reminding myself lately that I don't need to eat until I am stuffed and I have skipped the seconds and been watching my portion size, now it's time to reconsider what those portions are. I probably should go buy a scale, don't think I want to know what it will say...... Congrats to everyone on their weight loss, hope to be joining you soon.

I gained some weight over the past year- mainly because of lots of vericose vein surgery... pretty serious stuff. Anyhoo Dr. ordered me to keep my feet up; this was for most of the summer/early fall. Long story short, I gained 15lbs.
After surgery, holidays and whatnot, i'm back on my exercise regiment- 4 pounds gone this week- WOOT!
