water water water! such an important part. remember you CAN eat almost anything you want, just in moderation. nobody needs a huge bowl of ice cream, we only really want a taste, right? don't deprive yourself, just everything in moderation. i lost about 50 pounds by drinking like 5 liters of water a day and seriously paying attention to portion size. good luck!!

I know I'm beautiful, and Ray tells me that everyday, . but this is something I really want to do for me. i've been bigger my whole life. and i think 19 years is enough. by my 20th birthday i want a transformation

thanks for all the tips guys, and I'm so glad you're all supportive. this is what i need. people to encourage me and push me to do it.

today was awesome. I went and did my workout, went to work (waitress) gahhhhhhh that was insane. but all i had was waterrrrrrrrr, snacked on some honeydew and grapes, and for dinner had a piece of grilled salmon and a small salad.

easy peasy, right? I know its going to get harder. But a lifestyle change is exactly what I need.

I'm going to buy a scale ASAP... the current weight i posted was from a doctor visit i had on feb 16, but its pretty accurate.

So to update this every so often, I'm thinking about doing a weigh-in every saturday or every other saturday... and posting new pics as i go along... I believe that if i share this with you guys I'll see what I've been through and I wont give up if i get discouraged.

I love all of you thanks

speaking of water. one thing this guy turned me on to and was instrumental with my weight loss this past summer, is a capful of organic apple cider vinegar in a liter of water. Drink a liter of this in the morning, preferably after breakfast and one in the evening, preferably after dinner. I've been told it's a natural fat burner. All I know is that it worked for me.

It's a different taste for sure, but not a strong one- only a cap per liter. An acquired taste for sure. I got used to it- I think because I kept telling myself that it was well worth it and it was.

Lemons are a natural diaretic actually more effective than cider vinegar and much tastier in water.

I'm not a vegetarian! The lady i used to work with was Vegan, and one thing that she used to tell us about was how bad beef is for us. Beef doesn't digest in our stomachs and tends to just sit there. The only way to get a good portion of it out is by doing a colon cleanse.

While getting it out, you lose QUITE a bit of weight if you were a heavy beef eater. You pass (warning, graphic link)this one stool that is HUGE and looks like flesh and that is just all of the beef that is sitting in your intestines.

I don't know a WHOLE bunch about it, but this is one thing that is recommended that a lot of people do, especially after a large weight loss.

Good luck Chelsey!! You can do it!!!!! !!

Good luck Chelsey! I think it's awesome that you're doing this for you, and you're realistic about your goals. I'm a big girl myself and I'm starting my journey, too. Counting calories.

I wish you the best of luck. Sounds like you have some great people in your life and that always helps.

There's no apostrophe before an 's' when you're talking about the plural version of a word. "I took some neat photo's!" is NOT correct.

I love you tim, seriously. you're always full of good things

I doubt I'm going to become mean girl once this is all said and done. lol I was playing around with ray saying I'mma have to carry around a stick to beat guys off me tho. and he said NAHHHH.... you're just never going anywhere without me. lol
I love my man, theres no doubt about it, and I have so many friends on here and in real life pushing me and helping me, and I know what its like to be bigger, and how you get treated. so i dont think there will be any ego problems

but I am going for it, trust me! haha i've never looked at so many nutrition labels in my life! i love it tho. it makes me feel so great that i'm making myself better in every way.

i love all the support i'm getting from here. this is exactly why i failed in the past. i have people rooting for me and checking up on me. lol its like, "i cant let them down" haha not necessarily like that but you catch my drift.
