It must be that when I was a child I was left in the care of a lot of senior citizens because it seems no one my age *42* or younger barely has a clue of what Scrabble is let alone enjoys playing it.

It's my favorite game by a million miles and prefer it over anything 'animated'. You can talk, eat, drink, smoke.. heck probably have sex all while enjoying the challenge of the mind.

So... do you? Scrabble that is.

I LOVE scrabble!! I'm on pogo, too... as "elancee."

(I usually play against robots because people take forever and then want even more time!)

Edit: just noticed your score. You'd torch me!

My wife says I'm old (I'm 37 shes 27) because it's one of my favorite games, probably because I grew up playing it with my family. I can never find anyone else that likes to play though.

On Facebook they used to have Scrabbulus. I played that against real people and made some new friends out of it but on Pogo I hate playing against the creepy stalker dudes that just want to chat.

I wanna play. Less chat more play... and the computers are super easy to beat even on 'master'. Maybe I'll pester elancee for a game sometime.

I've only ever been over 600 twice and most of the time end up in the 400's although the occasional 300 game will sneak in when I get tired and the tiles suck turn after turn after turn.

I generally don't try harder levels because I ended up with "f,l,l,u,u,v,w" as my first hand. And I don't like using a turn to trade in letters!

That said, even against the dumbest robot, I've rarely made it over 400. But I can handle losing, if we bump into each other over there.

As a child I used to play scrabble.
Not a lot, but frequently enough.
And I'm only 35

Tom, you inspired me to try the harder levels. I'm scoring better now than I was playing the easy level! (I'm 37 also, btw.)

I played Scrabble last night, found you, elancee, but you were in a "private" room, so I could not play you.

Oh, and I lost to the robot......

Nice job, Elancee. Keep working at it a and remember it's not the length of the word but it's placement that counts.

Deb, don't worry. Even robots need to get lucky once in a while. Just keep plugging away. You'll be beating my :ass: in no time at all.

Haha, yes. I'm slowly learning to use just one letter if it means more points!

If that letter is a Z or Q it can make you 62 points using only 2 other letters that don't even need to be in your tray... God those situations are a giggle when they come up.
