Since leaving Uni and drinking too much, getting in all sorts of trouble
I was 14 stone 8 lbs.

So i was on holiday 2 years ago. Still in my drinking booze phase..


Life is Great now Just need to put some effort into it

Hey, I want to congratulate you for all your hard work! Losing weight isn't for sissies!!! It takes real stamina. Not to mention stopping the drinking!

5 times a day, for 4 weeks, not sure anyone's going to talk to me again

Thanks for asking I did'nt want to be the only one that was wondering. I had heard the term b4 but could'nt remeber what the meaning was. Oh and I might add your personal trainer has quite a nice trunk.
