Question Any Chefs use the Org

.
.
I'm sure i have seen a section in here on cooking but i couldn't find it

I'm having a Dinner Party for my Girl and 2 other friends and i would like to marinade some chicken. The Girls don't eat spicy food and as my friend and i do, i'm unsure how or what to use to marinade the chicken. How long i have to leave it for and how to cook it etc.

Any ideas please

Thought about doing some new potato's (Boiled) But unsure what dressing to make to have with them other than butter which is a bit boring.

Up until now all my cooking has done is teach me how to make a thousand different types of pasta. So now i would like to move onto marinading and try new things

I'm no chef but I do like to cook! A quick look at food network's website; brings up allot of chicken marinade recipes... I guess you need to decide what kind of chicken style you want to make! Here are a bunch of recipes: marinade chicken : Food Network

Potatoes; well, jeez there are millions of ways to prep those! Here are some more ideas from their site: new potatoes : Food Network

I think your problem now.... is trying to decide which one to choose! Zillions of choices; make the choice and go for it!

Much easier then fixing our beetles!

Good luck and let us know what you choose and how it goes!

Guess i just need to find something from the list

Going to make it today and let it sit overnight
Hopefully they'll like it

The boys are having Steak
Always the Girls that you have to take more time in the prep

Do you have a grill or is this being cooked in the oven? Certain marinades really come to life if they are grilled, others, it doesn't matter so much.

Food Network is a really great resource for finding new recipes. I use it fairly often.
