I am a widow now
I am a widow now,lost my husband Aaron of 4 years on Thursday.He dropped dead of a fatal heart attack on the worksite and I got the call at work.It has been hard so far and I am doing very well.Tons of support from my parents,twin sister Mika and of course friends including his family that has been hit very hard.I did try to convince him to see his doctor,was complaining of chest pains and he said it would go away.He was 44 years old and his doctor said it could of been prevented.Good thing is I had the day off today for grieving.

He did not want to go to the doctor at all for this.His family has history of heart attacks and he knew this.I always will remember him as a good husband and loved my German accent calling me by my nickname "Heidi" sometimes.

Oh my goodness, I'm so sorry to hear this! You're family will most definitely be in my prayers. Take all the time you need to grieve. There is no set time to "feel better", I'm sure it still hasn't even really sunk in for you yet...I'm so sorry...

I saw a grief consouler too,yesterday and has been great to me so far.Going to see her,Kathy every Friday and listens very well.Going to a support group with my neighbor Jean tonight,will be picking her up tonight and I will be taking my 2010 Beetle.
