Sent VW $495.00 deposit for preorder of 2012 Beetle BLACK TURBO LAUNCH EDITION, this is the welcome gift. Only 600 of the LAUNCH EDITION will be made.

So you sent them 500 for a deposit on a beetle you may not buy just to get a gift ?

I plan to buy, but the dealer here has no info yet on whats happening, the deposit is good until Sept 30 with delivery in mid Oct
