Default Million Mile Club?

There was a guy in the paper Sunday who has a 1992 Ford pick up that has hit the million mile mark. Story says it has had 3 engines, and 2 transmissions. It said the original engine had 640,000 on the clock. I was wondering if anyone here has a great deal of miles on their bug has gone long past the norm? Ernie has 130, and the Jeep has 155, and Jeep. A few years ago, I saw a clip of a guy who had a million miles on his AC Beetle. VW offered him a brand new car for it and he turned them down. How many miles does your babys have on them????

It should only count if it had the ORIGINAL drive train

I saw a thing about putting a million miles on a old Toyota pickup, got to about 999,990 or so before it died on the way to replace it.

My transmission has almost 300,000 but the car it's in only has 133k miles. Can I add in the transmissions mileage to the odo reading? If so I'm closer to half-a-million.

A buddy of ours has about 302,000 on his '99 2.0. Engine only lasted 298,000 before it dropped a valve into the cylinder at 70mph.

That's amazing for any car, especially a 2.0
