At that price and mileage it'll be gone in a heartbeat, especially in CA. If this were 3 months ago and it was closer to me I'd have taken it--even if it needed to go for full service, TB&WP on day 1. That's only $1G more than the best deal I found on a couple '98s w/ similar mileage.
