Default Feeler / What's it worth: 2007 Yellow NB - Certified!

I'm wondering what Spooky is worth and if anyone is interested.

The specs:

2007 NB Hatchback
Yellow
39500 Miles
Leather
MP3/CD Player
Moonroof
Heated Seats

Spooky is certified (i think that kicks in at 40k until 60k?) According to the VW website the warranty is transferable (though there might be a $150 fee to do that).

Generally it is in good shape, but there is damage to the back. (See pic below). There's also some minor stuff inside - nothing really noticeable. Generally, other than the back bit, I would say it is in B+ condition. Mechanically, it's great (and, as I said, still under warranty).

Located in Maryland (Washington DC Metro area)

Get the damage repaired before you sell. It will be a really big put off to any potential buyer.

Do you think the cost of fixing it would equal or be greater than the difference in what I could get?

Post some interior pics please.

Based on what you posted, average price in my area is 10k to 14k.

For me the rear body damage would not be an issue; "war scars" do not bother me. Does the tail light and side/corner lighting work?

I'll take some pictures of the interior and post them later on today.

The lights work. Electrically and mechanically, everything is top notch.
