Thanks, I went to Cary today to look at this, the lady told me $6600. I drove 2.5 hours, she said meet her at 12 noon. I got there, she was not there...I called her and she said she had taken a deposit while I was on the way. Still looking....Thanks

Why anyone would go off looking for a Turbo-s is beyond me. I bought mine because I HAD to have it (loved it, still do) but where I'm a single Mom and rarely have any money it was a mistake for me to buy a car which required such expensive upkeep when parts for this car are either impossible to find or impossible for me to afford. I've had her since 2007 and have put over 100k on her mileage and she is slowly falling apart because I can't afford to fix all of the little things that break one by one.

Ok so you have a car that you put over 100k on in 4 years. I'm sorry, but if you were driving a Ford Escort, Kia, Honda, any car for that matter, they all need maintenance. If you cant afford the up-keep then you you shouldn't own the car. I have had my TS for almost 3 years, it runs like a champ. Has never let me down, gets 30mpg, and is fun as hell to drive. I have never had any problems getting parts, and the upkeep is the same as any NB. Why do people go looking for a TS? Because they are the holy grail of NB's.... Well after the Ruffster that is.

Default Check out PolarTurboBug's 1 of a kind!!!

Hey Bud,

Check out PolarTurboBug which I just posted for sale.
It's been garaged its whole life. The paint job, rims and the ride is super clean. I can give you pics. The car does have 93K + miles....but I've never driven my car hard and have gotten it waxed every other month!!!

I'll give you mine plus throw in a Yakima bike rack!!!

$8500.00 dollars too OBO....as my new vw beetle 2012 has been pre ordered!!!! I need space in the garage as I have 3 cars already....
