No idea what it's worth? 2000 TDI New Beetle

Dark blue, 5 speed, 214k miles, needs a few little things but overall is a great car that gets me around every day. New front tires, could use rear tires (one leaks air slowly). Just changed oil/filter and air filter. Got new rear shocks about 2 months ago. Comes with fuel filter (never got the chance to put it in yet). Something in left rear suspension needs replaced, not sure what. Also check engine light is on and it idles slightly rough when you are slowing down in neutral, stops when you push in the clutch...? Someone told me they thought it needed glow plugs. I have no clue. Body has no big dents or anything, has some surface scratches (nothing noticeable when you see it driving by). Cloth seats are dirty and I bought the car this way, couldn't get them cleaned up myself and always intended on having them steam cleaned but never did.
