2000 Volkswagen Beetle- Inspected Great Daily Driver

Up for sale is my 2000 Volkswagen Beetle. I have owned 9 Volkswagens and this has been by far my favorite. I am moving to Hawaii from Pennsylvania so I can no longer keep the car. I have listed all the details of the car below, but if you have any specific questions about the car that I missed please let me know and I will respond to you ASAP. The car is located currently in Manayunk and I would be glad to show the car to anyone interested in seeing it. I have a clean title in hand for the sale.

Mechanically the car is awesome. I have taken it on several long road trips and it has run like a dream on all of them. I recently drove it from Philadelphia to Lake Placid, NY and it got great gas mileage both ways. I have receipts from the maintenance that I have had done to and the previous owners records as well. Listed below is all maintenance that has been taken care of. It is 5 speed and has 132K miles on it.

-New A/C condenser and relay. This past summer the Air conditioning was not blowing cold so I replaced both items and not it blows ice cold.
-Alignment and Tune-up
-Control Arm Bushings and front struts.
-Timing belt, Accessory belt, water pump, and thermostat housing all replaced at 109119 miles.
-Front brakes.
-Handbrake cable.
-New starter at this past inspection in May.

I would trust this car to drive me across the country. It is very comfortable to be in with all working functions like A/C and heat.

The exterior of the car shows some of its age. Being that it is 11 years old it has some blemishes but it still cleans up very nicely and you can see in the pictures. It has its share of nicks and scratches from being a city car but there are no major dents. The previous owner used a matching color to try to cover up the blemishes and you can notice the difference in from where the original paint was. I took pictures of these 2 areas. One is on the drivers side door and the other is on the passenger side rear fender. I have also noticed that there is very minor surface rust. You can see this is the pictures as well. The paint itself cleans up very nicely and shines in the sun. I added the front bra and the eye lids to give it more of a unique look. The wheels are also aftermarket and clean up well. The are 17 inch Flik Wasps that are great strong wheels on the road. The tires still have decent life on them and passed inspection without any problems.

The interior of the car is in good shape overall. There is a tear on the drivers side seat on the left side which is very common with VW's. You can see this in the interior pictures. There are some small pen sized holes in the back bench on one on each of the front seats. Other then those blemishes the interior is very nice. The dash shines and there are not any stains.
