Default How to remove the rear side internal panels

Can anyone tell me how to remove the rear side panels inside the car please?

I've read up that you're meant to lift from the bottom, but I'm guessing this advice is only valid for the hard tops, since the vert has the body coloured section sitting on top of rear panels ?

Any suggestions ?

Thanks!
