Question window "pulsating"

When driver's door is left open for 30+ seconds, the window starts "pulsating" up and down. Is this a sign of the window regualtor going bad?

Thanks -jsaxcski

do you mean like the inch or so it drops and raises when you open and close the door? if so my best guess would be the switch that indicates that the door is open or closed, or something along those lines.
