Polished trim around top of vert

Well, my dealer is refusing to replace part of the polished looking trim that surrounds the top of the body to accent the paint from the top after they damaged it. Has anyone replaced there's before? It looks like it may require a special tool and alot of care to remove. I'm guessing it's just adhesive that holds it on.

wait....what? they damaged your chrome trim and are refusing to fix it?

Yeah... what's up with that? They damaged it, they fix it. Don't listen to any excuses. Program your state's Attorney General's office number in your cell, go back to the head honcho, and tell him to get it fixed, or [dial the AG's number] [hand phone to him] explain to them why he's not going to.

Don't be nice to people trying to take advantage of your good nature. Go nuclear on their sorry asses early on...
