Harder Brake Pedal After Fluid Flush

Just completed my first brake fluid flush service on my 09 NBC. Afterwards I immediately noticed a harder brake pedal feel. I assume this means that I had air in the system from the factory.

Anyone else experience this on their cars?

Air compresses, so it would give you a soft pedal that pumps up.

When you say "hard pedal", are you just stepping on the pedal while parked? If so, that isn't the best way to judge the pedal because you do not get any feedback (deceleration).

I did first notice the hard pedal after completing the flushing at standstill. I then drove around for awhile and it still felt harder than before bleeding.
