convertible top headliner
The top on my convertible is relatively new and in premo shape, but the interior headliner is starting to show small cut holes in the rear on both sides.
In looking at how it goes down, it is obvious that the liner is pressing on the end of metal bars. I think it would be short order for holes to develope at these points. Is this normal (shouldnt be) and what is a fix for this?

I'd take it to a top shop and see about getting the headliner reinforced in those spots now, before it gets worse. You can't stop the wear, but you can slow it down. At least yours' unlike some others, is wearing on the inside, not the outside.
