Default White Walls

I am waiting for my new 06,Shadow blue. Has anyone put white walls on their cars? I think it would give it a reto look.Any thoughts?? Does any one have pics?

You have to go with smaller-diameter retro wheels and big-sidewall tires, since our OEM tires are low profile, and white walls or white-letter tires are not available in our sizes. Like the above picture shows, it's possible, but frankly, I don't know if having the whitewall look would be worth the inevitable trade in handling...

If memory serves, there's a site online that has white wall or any color wall tires in any dimension...for a price.

Bleh. No way ... I think it would be way too squishy and the handling would go down (our cars are already kinda boaty). That and ... it just looks funky weird.

not my style. they are called NEW beetles for a reason you know. you want to retro things then just buy an old one. but they look ok i guess.

I thought I was the only one who'd thought of white walls on tires. I like it. You should go for it.
