Default The Heat and Cleaning?

Live in the Dallas area...Cannot hand wash NB because of the drought. I now wash it in the commercial washes... What can I do to keep it clean, shiny, etc... in times of drought.

If it's not real dirty, but mainly just dusty or water-spotted from a rain shower or puddle, I would recommend using Griot's Garage Speed Shine or Meguiar's Final Inspection, with a microfiber polishing cloth or microfiber drying towel. Both work extremely well ... don't be stingy when spraying, especially if you car is pretty dusty.
