I just bought a 2003 Aqua. Blue Convert. Beetle on Friday! I LOVE it! I am starting to learn how to care for her...yes it's a her
....and I read about properautocare.com. I found the OXO Convert. brush..but read that that one can leave lint...is that true? And if it is the one of choice where can I buy it so I can wash my car this weekend, instead of waiting for it to be shipped to me. Also, can I use just plain hose water to wash it down or is it going to leave deposits and markings on my black top? Also, do you recommend the "Bird Poop" cleaner...or can you clean bird dropping off with something else? |

Hi everyone that answered. Ok...I went to a GREAT detail shop in the san diego area today. I washed my top with a soft brush they recommended and the ragg topp cleaner. Tomorrow, after it dries, I am going to spray it down with the protective can. The top looks AWESOME! Pure solid black...super clean!
Thanks for the advice about the bird droppings. I'll take that great advice. |
