Default Polishing Chrome Trim

I tried using the old standard Turtle Wax Chrome polish on the trim of my 2004 Turbo conv. This didn't remove the water spots or hazy look. I then tried Mothers aluminum polish. No better.

Any ideas?

Thumbs up

I would suggest that you try one of Meguiar's Chrome Polish.

Try a bit of vinegar and water (rinse thoroughly). I've also had good luck with NuFinish car wax (orange bottle at Kragen/Checker, Pepboy's, NAPA.

Default chrome polish

Go to parts 4vw.com. They sell a german product that works great. If its plastic chrome trim try Meguires platix polish it works good with plastic chrome trim.
