Don't the cupholders twist-out in the '07?
Mine do, and I always take them out for thourough cleaning. Also, before trying bleach I would try a weak acid like vinegar or lemon juice. Start with diluted. The reason is how that stain became. It was coke that dissolved the ink. Coke is acidic, pH=2. Same with vinegar/lemon juice. Hope that helps!

Weird things will stain, you'd be surprised. At my father's house, someone left a grocery receipt face-down on the counter and it transferred and nothing will take it off.
![]() If it twists out you might want to look at replacing it eventually, if it bothers you and nothing cleans it out. Is the stained part plastic or rubber? |

Well, the cupholders in the '07 do not twist out, they are permenent holes in the middle console. Personally, I think it is a crapy design. They sould at least have some sort of removable liner.
I am going to try some lemon juice, and see if that helps. If that does not work, I have some Oxyclean that I might try. Bleach is the absolute last resort, not only am I afraid of spilling it, I don't want my pretty little buggy smelling like a freshly cleaned toilette. ![]() |
