sure, you can look order a replacement cover from your local dealer, or thru an online vendor like http://www.1stvwparts.com/
replacement seat parts aren't cheap...heck, they took my breath away. ![]() i looked up the price for a leatherette seat back cover for a 99-04 beetle, and the prices range from $236-348 (and those prices are discounted from MSRP). you might be able to find a complete used seat for less. good luck!
