This has probably been asked a million times, but what wax do you use? I've tried numerous kinds over the years, some good, some not so good.

I currently use the Zaino system, as it's the best I've ever used, so far. I can wax my car 4-5 times with a 2 oz. bottle, as it doesn't take much of it to apply a coat. Well worth the extra cost.

One vote for Zymol

Used it for 6 plus years on the Beetle, and am currently using it on the Toaster.

For washng I've been using Raindance with Carnuba Wax, and when that runs out I have a bottle of Rain-X car wash with wax that I'll be using. I tend to not want to spend hours upon hours cleaning my cars(s), and that combination seems to work well enough without a lot of effort on my part.

I recently switched to all microfiber towels for washing and drying and wax buffing/removal.

I'm a fan of Mother's wax, especially their cleaner wax is (I feel) big shine/clean for little money/effort.

I've tried a few waxes, but I just got a new one at the Denver Auto Show called Perma-wax. It's claim to fame is that it takes out the hairline scratches with little effort. I tried it yesterday on the hood and it really does look awesome today. Since Colorado is still in winter(currently snowing), I have to wait a little longer for a wash/claybar/wax to see the full effects.

Another vote here for Zaino. I was very skeptical when I joined the NB lists, many swore by it. I had Hopper 1-2 years before finally giving it a try, just to prove them wrong.

I've been hooked ever since. I wax Hopper once a year in the Spring. Now granted, I don't drive him much in the winter, but still, come the next Spring, he still shines like no one's business.

Blackfire wax rocks my socks.

Used to do Meguires Gold liquid, NXT is very nice too.

Blackfire just does me right time and time again though.

I still haven't tried the NXT, but use their other products.

I have been using P21s ever since I got Marvin painted.

I used to use Liquid Glass polish on my CRX. Here's a pic from the day I sold him at 21 years old, 247k miles.

10 months, but how many miles? It helps that it was garaged for the winter. Not that that's a bad thing though. Mine is a daily driver and I sooooooo need to claybar & wax him.
