Exclamation Squeaky Steering Wheel

When I turn my wheel to far left or right, it squeaks. Kinda like the plastics are rubbing together. Any idea how to remedy this?

Mine does this especially in cold weather. No idea how to stop it.

I would buy some white grease from an auto store and rub a small about underneath the steering wheel. (close to the center area). that should help it.
