Default Dirt In headlights....

When I wash the beast Water/dirt/soap sneaks into my headlights via a little vent at the bottom.. Its mostly blasted in when I pressure rinse but its really odd. And it leaves little dirt streaks in the housing..... Afterwards my headlights also have condensation all over the lens until it dries out...
Does anyone have this issue? How do you fix it?

ya it happens to me every time... I Had my housings paint though, So I was thinking re-seal the lens. But I dont know what to do about the dirt... Sealing that makes me thinking any condensation would get stuck.
