Pops A Dent

I found a product, I honestly can't remember where I found it, at O'Reilly auto parts, called Pops A Dent to use in an attempt to pop our a small dent on Ernie's drivers door. The tool is shaped like a ratchet with a head on each end, and a treaded screw in the middle, the way I understand it is at the end of the screw, you apply hot wax, allow to dry, and turn the screw pulling the waxed end away from the car, pulling the dented in part with it. I haven't tried it yet, my buddy Jonk, is coming next month, so I will wait till he gets here to give it a try. Has anyone ever tried this particular type of tool?

It provides results equal to its cost.
It will Only work on dents that fit within the wax section.
Any bigger its ineffective, so if the dent is not about the size of a nickle it doesn't work.
I managed to get it to work on One door ding, after the third try.
Even then it still didn't totally remove the dent, it just looked smaller.
