Convertible Cleaning?
Okay, I've never had a cloth topped convertible before & have no idea of its care really. I've ordered the RaggTopp kit & horse brush but they haven't been delivered yet. The rain here has actually eased up a bit & I'd really like to give Charlotte a bath so... since I don't yet have the RaggTopp stuff, do I just wash her windows & body & just hose down the top? Is that best for now?

Washing the top with a good car wash cleaner will not hurt it at all. It's when people use dish soap like Dawn that strips everything off is bad.
Good choice on RaggTopp, I've ordered mine as well...

You're definately on the right path with the RaggTopp Cleaner. Did you also order the Protectant? Go to www.autogeek.net , specifically RaggTopp Convertible Top Care by Wolfsteins: RaggTopp Convertible Car Top Detailing Products for fabric & vinyl tops. convertible top cleaner, fabric for an excellent DIY on the use of both. Also, I have found it works well to open the top slightly, cover all surrounding windows, paint etc. with towels, and then with the top still slightly ajar, apply the Protectant.
