Default Hard Leather seat .... is there a fix?

I not sure how it happened but, noticed today that my blue leather seat has become hard???? I sometimes DO drive with wet hair and it sometimes touches the seat.

Is there anyway to reverse this!? It looks and feels horrendous!!! I clean my leather with meguires leather cleaner.

Help!!!
Thanks!!

one of the good things about leather is it is forgiving. get some descent leather conditioner and work it in. I find sometimes a little heat helps as well, but the conditioner and a rag will do wonders for it.

Yep your on the right track. Use that conditioner and just work it in over a couple of days.

Zymol is a great brand for leather care products. Always had good results with it.

I think I have some Zymol somewhere. It is good stuff.

Here is a photo of what I am talking about ... in case I am COMPLETELY wrong about what it is. I've circled what I am talking about in red ...
