I tried looking through where everyone was located, but might have missed it. So my question is:

Can I (a Canadian) order a birth certificate of my Beetle?

ok Fionas birth certificate says she was produced 11/26/2003 but the sticker on the door jam says 10/2003...im so confused...which is it??
