Default So, Is Your Beetle Liberal or Conservative? Or Somewhere In-Between?

I was curious what the average Beetle owners views are? Is your Beetle liberal, conservative or in the middle. Mine is a conservative.

What's yours?

Does the flower make my car a liberal? You know "flower power" and all that. Oh well, I still love my flower! Just having a litte fun.

We're all Americans and all Beetle owners.

BB is more liberal than me... Im pretty sure she is almost green in terms of liberal. Too bad she isnt a TDI, then she would be a tree hugging liberal hehehe.

But shes really a nice democratic blue, I had a lot of people tell me that during the campaign this past year, thinking I bought BB just because she was so blue. LOL. I didnt have a color choice, but boy do we fit perfectly together

Sparkle's pretty liberal. She begged me to put some stickers supporting gay marriage on her bumper when Virginia recently went up for the vote on banning gay marriage statewide. I couldn't bring myself to put bumper stickers on her (because I'm afraid that if I start, I won't be able to stop myself from sticking just about anything on her), so I wrote a letter to the editor of my local paper and was sure to be at the polls to do my civic duty.

She was still a little irked with me.

Speaking of that, I dig the pictures of BB with the magnet supporting your mom! That's such a sweet idea. And she is a beautiful patriotic color.

There's no apostrophe before an 's' when you're talking about the plural version of a word. "I took some neat photo's!" is NOT correct.

LOL I think BB loved the extra attention from on lookers, plus me, adding more wax to protect her while she wore the magnet

Aphid is too much fun to care about boring stuff like politics, and her humans know better than to be liberal.

When I was a kid, I listened to my parent's views on politics and I had no idea of my own opinions. I was what they were. As I grew older I learned to think outside the box and formed my own views.

Bugzzi is a kid who listens to her mom's ideas and opinions! So Bugzzi and I are both pretty moderate. Not too Republican, not too democratic. Just right.

hahahaha.

My father was a republican until the 90s and my mom was always a democrat, they ALWAYS canceled out eachothers votes and always had AWESOME discussions on politics, I loved it.

My mom thought I would be the Alex P Keton of the family, and be a republican (shush I voted for GH Bush in the 1988 Solastic Reader Election at our school just because I knew my momma had a Dukakis button on her bag hehehhe.)

But when I was a Senior in High school and went off to college I realized Im personally very Blue, I would wish though that my government stay pretty "purple" and just focus on provided needed services such a roads, schools, firehouses, police, Budgets etc etc etc. and avoid fringe issues (Religion etc)

Okay enough of my rant, I know this isnt in hot topics, so I will behave

But I had to laugh at Nikis reply, because I was raised with both opinions all the time and I remember how I felt when I really started to think for myself.

I still have to say BB is pretty blue, because well she is lol
