Blue Bugs Having Issues

Hi eveybody

I bought a preowned NBC 2003 Shadow blue, I love this car. Well, the drivers side window stopped dropping down a week after I got it and now my top is starting fray right where the window meets the top. My dealership is being very difficult with wanting to replace the top. They are trying to figure out how to make the window act right, and just ignoring the fact that my top is now frayed. Any suggestions?

Ask for a contact number for the regional VW rep., ask to speak with the General Manager, just be a pain until they fix it. This was a common problem with 1st year NBCs.
