Angry wanting to purchase Beetle Vert soon

Well for the first time in my life I`m able to buy a car and pay cash. I want a 08 Beetle Vert. Anyone have any good sites that help you get the best deal. I`m not above walking off the lot. I want to work in the deal the best extended warranty they have. Out the door as they say...I`m looking at Flow VW in Greensboro and Winston Salen NC. Thanks....Robert

Well actually I live near Charlotte, NC and I just bought a new VW Beetle converitble 2008, the dealer I bought it from had a lot of stock and they have a colors. Yellow, blue, green, red, cream...

They also had to make deals since they are under construction, that's why I got such a great deal. They sold a few just as I was there last week. Their place is a wreck, but if you don't mind the trucks and trailers that's a good place to try. If you are in Winston Salem it's not too far to Charlotte.

The dealer is

The thought of dealing with car salesmen and the dealer hassle.

I`m really close to Winston Flow...like 30 minutes. Do u think I`d run into problems with warrenty problems if I don`t buy it at that dealer? Like buy in Charlotte and service in WS..?

i'd like to think dealers are done playing that silly game...but i'm sure there are a few who still do.

bought my beetle in Newport News (local dealer), bought my passat at a dealer in DC, and have my cars serviced at a third VW dealer in Virginia Beach...never an issue with warranty work.

I doubt it, when I got mine they gave me a book with all the dealers in the US. I think a VW dealer is a VW dealer.

Look at it this way, people buy a car and 2 years later they might move 1,000 miles away. They would still service it at a VW dealer but I doubt they'd drive back to where they bought it

I bought my '05 at a Ford dealer, right now, the service is being done at a dealer in Pompano Beach, FL, but we're moving to Middlesex, NC (30 miles east of Raleigh), so within a few months all the work will be done there.
