If you have the original owners' manual, there should be a white square sticker approx 4" x 4" on the inside front cover. It also was placed somewhere in the spare tire well.

These 3 digit numbers correspond to specific features of your car, eg alloy wheels, etc, etc.

If you click on "help" on this site, you'll see an example of the codes; if you scroll down you'll see what the codes mean.

It just provides another bit of trivia for our cherished family members. Hope this helps.

Curious... i have the option codes for both steel spare wheel and alloy spare wheel... I wonder why that is.

There is another site to decode option codes, you can download a whole list too in .pdf or .xls file.
